I am currently Head of Design & UX at The Virtual Forge, a software development company with bases in Europe, the US and the UK. Here I lead a team of Designers and Front-end Developers building digital products for a number of global organisations (and some smaller ones too!).

These are some of my key responsibilites...

Product Design Lead

I manage the design team, coordinate design resources on all of our projects and work on business and growth strategies at The Virtual Forge.

Workshop Facilitation

I plan and facilitate workshops with our teams and clients to help create clarity and shared understanding about product users, goals & requirements.

UX Design

I help clients and developers understand the needs of people that use the products that we build by creating wireframes, user journey maps and designing and organising UX testing studies.

Prototyping

Marrying my skills in UI design and UX design, I can quickly create high fidelity, clickable prototypes which we use to get rapid feedback on what users think of an idea.
